Live-in care
Barnfield Healthcare live-in carers provide high quality care in the comfort of the client's own home.
During the day, our dedicated carer does house-keeping, prepares meals, keeps company and provides personal care, if required. By night, the carer sleeps in the client's home, up to 7 nights per week. This gives the client (and their family) the comfort and reassurance of knowing that there is someone else in the house at night.
End of life
Barnfield Healthcare we ensure that our palliative care is delivered sensitively and with dignity, helping to control pain and keep your loved one as comfortable as possible as they approach the end of their life.
At these trying times our carers can provide round-the-clock companionship, personal care, monitoring and help with medication.
We can also support family members by offering respite from daily tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation.
Barnfield Healthcare will work in partnership with other agencies such as hospices, GPs and other healthcare professionals, and can also help loved ones access sources of emotional and practical support.
Night care
Overnight care is extremely popular with families as it offers reassurance that their loved one is safe during the night. Night time can be a high-risk period. Our carers at Barnfield Healthcare is available 24/7 to support in every area of need.
We offer two types of services depending on your loved ones needs. We offer a waking night service or sleeping night service. Sleeping Service our carer sleeps at the property for a minimum of eight hours and is on hand if required. This option will suit if you don’t require regular support, but feel uncomfortable when left alone throughout the night. Anxieties and sleep deprivation can soon be improved with a sleeping night care professional there to support you
Waking night service our carer is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours. This is the best support option if you or a loved one wakes several times perhaps being disorientated or needing to go to the bathroom.
